Naturally delicious Lamb & Beef

Jacob Lamb

Jacob sheep have the most ancient of origins and with careful husbandry they yield some of the most exquisite and succulent lamb. Our naturally reared lambs live a carefree life outside on grass all year round and are allowed to grow slowly which explains the exceptional taste. Traditionally aged cuts of lamb are prepared by a local artisan butcher and posted to your door or collected from them.

Half Lamb (1 box)

2 legs (each cut in two or left whole, leg steaks if requested)
2 shoulders (cut in tow or left whole, boned and rolled if requested)
1 rack of lamb 
6 cutlets or 12 chops
2 neck joints
1 bag of mince (approx 500gms)

Dexter Beef

Ireland's famous cattle was chosen by us for the unbeatable flavour that comes from Europe's smallest breed. Our Dexter herd enjoy living to the highest standards in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales national park, where they graze outside on grass all year round. In the summer months they graze on the slopes of Penhill where they roam freely.

Topside (cut into joints)

Rump steaks

Fillet steaks (small join or steaks)

Sirloin (on/off bone either joint or steaks)

Ribs on bone brisket (cut into joints)

Flatribs

Chuck steak for stews

Braising steak

Mince

Shin joint (on or off bone)

Silberside (slow roast)

Salmon cuts (stir fry steak or small joint)
